Reason for the role

Given our ambitious global growth plans, we are looking for an Americas Marketing Lead to increase brand awareness and accelerate lead generation throughout the region. 

The role requires a strong thought leader with a passion for technology and its capacity to make a difference in the life of our customers and a love of food. You will be engaging face-to-face with customers, partners, and prospects as you help make Deliverect known to every restaurant across the Americas.

As part of the Global Marketing team, this role will manage a small and fast growing team of regional marketeers and work very closely with the NoAm and LatAm GMs to define and drive success for the region. 


Tasks and responsibilities

  • Building strong brand awareness among our key audience segments throughout the Americas, with a focus on United States as our fastest growing market

  • Acting as a thought leader, driving the value of our solution and category through PR, events, and social media engagement

  • Ensuring that we achieve target (MQLs and Closed Wons) for all markets within the region

  • Creating and ensuring effective execution of a marketing plan for both North America and Latin America

  • Serving as the main point of contact of North America and Latin America GMs, ensuring that Marketing is delivering the expected results that will help drive 4x growth across both regions

  • Working with the Global Marketing team to evolve and refine our brand to drive strong value

  • Working with Global Digital, Content, Design and Event colleagues to ensure the effectiveness of integrated campaigns for the region

  • Partnering with the Growth Marketing to measure and report on marketing performance 


Job Requirements

  • 6+ of B2B marketing experience, preferably in hospitality and/or tech

  • 3+ years of experience managing a marketing team 

  • Experience speaking at conferences and/or on camera

  • 3+ years of experience with martech/CRM solutions

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish. 

  • Demonstrable experience helping to build a strong brand globally or across multiple markets

  • Natural storyteller with ability to bring people together to understand needs, identify opportunities and learn faster through feedback 

  • You take initiatives, you’re a self-starter and you act with confidence and conviction

  • You are ambitious and driven to accomplish your goals

  • You are a team player who thrives in global environments

  • You have a strong attention to detail

  • Available to travel up to 25% of the time across Americas with occasional travel to Europe
