Business Operations Analyst

Reason for the role
Given our ambitious growth plans, we are looking for a partner operations thinker and builder - helping us strengthen our sales tools and processes. The role will be part of the Business Operations team and work closely with our Data team and Partner teams across the globe.

The role requires both a passion for technology and its capacity to make a difference in the life of our customers and a love of food. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent communication and project management skills.
Tasks and responsibilities
Partnerships process optimisation and automation
Work with Partnerships head on projects & strategic initiatives to drive improvements
Help build and analyze reports for the Partnerships team, and collaborate with our data team to improve our shared Partnerships reports
Manage our partner referral tool & process, and support Partner Managers with questions
Maintain our Hubspot database quality and Partner tool integrations
Regular calls with our Hubspot contact and all Ops people to jointly drive improvements and individually to have access to support when problems arise
Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing Ops, Finance Ops & Data team
2-3(+) years experience in Partner Operations or Partner Management (or similar role)
2+ years of experience administering HubSpot or other CRM tool
Experience managing projects and collaborating across the organization
Strong understanding of partner processes, optimizing partner tools, and improving data accuracy
Strong analytical skills and operational experience
Able to be flexible and agile in responding to evolving business priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional languages are a plus
University degree in Economics/Business/Marketing/Finance or other relevant studies
Passion for e-commerce / retail / food
