Reason for the role
When our customers grow, Deliverect grows. But in order for our customers to grow, they need solutions that will drive and support that growth. This is where you come in as Customer Growth Specialist comes in by being both re-active and pro-active to customer’s growing challenges and needs.
As a Customer Growth Specialist, you will own and manage a book of customers. It is your main focus to grow that book by tactically approaching your customers and offering solutions that services the needs customer is aware of, and even not aware.

Tasks and responsibilities
Analyse your book and build a strategy
Coach your customers on how to grow their business by being an industry expert and go to person for your customers
Grow the value of the book your customers represent
Collaborate with other departments to identify upsell opportunities
Experience in Sales or Account management for SAAS companies
Feeling for technology
Willingness to learn, dive deeper into our technology and master our product
Communication skills - aligning customers and partners
