Reason for the role
Given our ambitious global growth plans, we are looking to hire a Customer Marketing Manager who will drive multi-channel customer campaigns throughout all stages of the customer journey. The role requires a passion for technology and its capacity to make a difference in the life of our customers. In addition, the role requires a very strong attention to detail and someone who is very customer-focused.
As part of the Global Marketing team, this role will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders, including Customer Success, Product, and regional marketing teams across EMEA and the Americas.
Tasks and responsibilities
Developing and amplifying engaging campaigns that drive retention, expansion and advocacy by our customers.
Securing strong executive alignment through CAB with strategic customers to provide guidance and input on our products’ and services’ ways to solve industry challenges.
Creating strategies for engaging customers to optimize onboarding, drive product adoption and fuel upsell opportunities
Managing integrated customer campaigns to meet retention, loyalty, advocacy, and growth objectives
Working closely with our customer success team and account managers to better understand the correct touch-points and best ways to drive results
Interviewing customers to create compelling customer stories and share their success
Partnering with the Growth marketing team to measure and report on the performance of global and local customer marketing campaigns
Identifying best practices and helping to optimize results across all markets
A track record of successfully scaling Marketing (5+ years) in the tech or food and bev sector
3+ of customer marketing experience, having successfully developed and managed customer relationship
Deep understanding of customer roles, personas and buyer segmentation
Natural storyteller with ability to bring people together to understand needs, identify opportunities and learn faster through feedback
Experience of working with a high growth or scaling business, having implemented a successful customer/community-focused marketing plan
Experience using multi-channel approaches to identify, capture and nurture marketing qualified leads through the sales funnel from pre-pipeline all the way through to Closed-Won
