Reason for the role
The role of the Customer Success Coordinator will be to be the first point of contact for customers starting their onboarding journey at Deliverect. The goal of the coordinator is to help achieve business goals of our customers by setting expectations, supporting, forming a game plan, and getting them ready for the training and launch process.
In the role you will guide customers in a timely manner, ensuring a smooth transition from sales, helping them plan and prepare for onboarding while taking into consideration the unique challenges faced by our customers in deploying a new solution in a dynamic, challenging and sometimes unpredictable hospitality environment.

Tasks and responsibilities
Evaluate the customers readiness to start using and deriving value from Deliverect.
Manage prioritization, internal coordination, and scheduling of strategic customer engagements
Manage and coordinate the Customer Success backlog
Develop and execute a communication and outreach plan for out-of-band and unresponsive customers using the most appropriate channels of communication (ex. Phone, WhatsApp, SMS, email etc.)
Address and manage expectations around ‘hard’ dependencies such as compatible hardware, internet connectivity, customer availability, POS requirements etc. have been met.
Experience in working at SAAS company and knowledge or interest in technology and the tech industry
Be committed to delivering Customer Service excellence
Highly organized approach working within a clear process
Your a great problem solver and have great attention to detail
Project management experience is a plus
