Reason for the role
Tasks and responsibilities
Member of the marketing management team helping craft the vision, culture, and output of the department
Build and lead a brand & comms marketing team holding the bar high for performance and collaboration
Recruit and manage brand marketers, campaign managers, designers, creative agencies, and content specialists
Oversee brand definition and management from visual identity to messaging pillars
Develop global campaign toolkits that can be implemented by field marketing teams
Develop evergreen content strategies to implement across owned and earned plans
Collaborate with global PR agencies to grow share of voice and thought leadership
Determine how best to measure the effectiveness of Delieverect’s brand and comms efforts
You have 10+ years experience in brand management and communications with at least 5+ years leading teams
You are a natural leader who brings people together fostering an inclusive, motivating culture
You’re an independent worker who’s been responsible for building, leading, and managing teams
You’re comfortable building from the ground up without perfect data and proven best practices
You can craft inspiring narratives bringing together industry trends, customer insight, and product roadmaps
You have a natural creative eye and can seamlessly evaluate work against a brief
You’re a critical thinker with an ability to form and sell through a perspective using data, instinct, and industry inspiration
You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills that inspire and motivate leaders and teams
You’re flexible in responding to evolving business priorities and dealing with ambiguity in a growing scale-up
You love to work cross-functionally to bring together diverse perspectives to ensure we’re doing what’s best for our customers and partners
Nice to have:
Any experience in the hospitality or restaurant industries is a big plus
Experience with Cloud technologies and SaaS products
Experience with PR and managing media relations
