Reason for the role

We’re looking for an Outbound Sales Manager to join the team in Toronto. The individual will be in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department. It will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitating the ongoing training of our salespeople.


Tasks and responsibilities

  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales and expansion

  • Meeting planned sales goals

  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team

  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary

  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team

  • An ongoing training of your salespeople

  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.


Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience of sales and 1 year leading a team.

  • A strong knowledge of the Foodtech industry will be an asset.

  • A true coach and mentor mentality

  • You are convincing with professional communication and negotiation skills.

  • You work in a structured, organized and goal-oriented way.

  • Your entrepreneurial and analytical thinking, as well as your experience, will provide you with the foundation for a successful career at Deliverect.

  • Perfect command of English and French

  • And finally, you are a great team player and a nice person to work with!
