Reason for the role

Given our ambitious global growth plans, we are looking to hire a Product Marketing Manager who will own the go-to-market of Deliverect’s product & features to deliver customer and partner success, resulting in revenue and growth for the business.

The role requires a passion for technology and its capacity to make a difference in the life of our customers. also requires very strong attention to detail and someone who is very data-driven.

As part of the Global Marketing team, this role will work closely with both the Product and Commercial sides of the business, ensuring that we effectively communicate the value that our products bring to both our product and users. 

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Developing product positioning and messaging based on a deep empathy for users and adapting how you communicate to best reach and engage your audience

  • Working closely with product managers, sales, design, PR, and customer success to develop and execute go-to-market programs for our product and features

  • Helping Product Managers to enable our Sales team and partners with the right messaging and tools

  • Storytelling around how and why things work with the goal to explain technical concepts in ways that everyday people can understand

  • Diving into data to search for opportunities and areas for optimization across marketing tactics, product usage, onboarding journeys, and more

  • Building emotional connections with your audience, helping to educate, entertain, and sell products that solve their challenges

  • Partnering with the Growth marketing team to measure and report on the performance of global and local product marketing campaigns

  • Identifying best practices and helping to optimize results across all markets

Job Requirements

  • A track record of successfully scaling Marketing (5+ years) in the tech or food and bev sector 

  • 5+ of product marketing or go-to-market experience, 

  • Proven track record of developing product positioning based on user insights and competitive intel 

  • Experience of working with high growth or scaling business, having implemented a successful product marketing plan

  • Experience using multi-channel approaches to identify, capture, and nurture marketing qualified leads through the sales funnel from pre-pipeline all the way through to Closed-Won

  • You thrive when delivering within an independent, high-energy environment where tasks, priorities, and projects change rapidly. 

  • You take initiatives, you’re a self-starter and you act with confidence and conviction

  • You are ambitious and driven to accomplish your goals

  • You are a team player who thrives in global environments

  • You have strong attention to detail

  • Available to travel up to 20% of the time across Americas and Europe
