Who we work with

Food delivery platforms such as Deliveroo, Uber Eats, Doordash, Delivery Hero and customers such as Taco Bell, Burger King, KFC, Unilever and your local takeaway too!

Our People

Located in our hubs across Europe, North America, South America, Australia and the Middle East we currently have over 250 people and are growing rapidly. We are ambitious, take ownership and celebrate success with the entire team. Because we have a deep level of respect for each other, there is always room to learn and develop.

How you will contribute to our mission

As our Front-End Developer, you write well-tested code, guide the team with your experience, and seek challenges that inspire you.

We want to build an empowered and collaborative team using resources and data to inform decisions. Teams are typically 4-6 people focused around a specific problem/objective to be reviewed quarterly. There is a lot of cross-functional interaction including with designers to discuss prototypes and plenty of feedback loops so you can reassess and optimise.

We collaborate and gather feedback across our tech team to decide what should be worked on each quarter. Our tech team provides recommendations and prioritises problems to structure quarterly roadmaps and weekly sprints, with daily stand ups.

Our tech teams are localised in-house, across our global hubs, with our largest currently in Ghent, Belgium and Amersfoort, Netherlands. Company progress is shared in weekly Sprint Demos so there is visibility on what is happening with the whole business, not just tech.

With so much scope to be involved in a range of projects the opportunity is huge; both to challenges yourself, propose solutions and innovate. We have a learning platform, lunch and learn sessions and hackathons to make sure people can use their creativity and generate ideas that will make a real impact.

Reason for the role

We are scaling up as a business and growing our tech teams to keep optimising, innovating, developing and solving problems.

  • Senior developers will mentor other developers and guide them in their work

  • Help to choose new technologies and frameworks to tackle problems

What we offer?

  • Constantly innovating product with weekly releases, constant new features and incremental optimisations
