Reason for the role
As a fast-paced scale-up, we attract, hire, train and develop the best talent we can find in the market. We are looking for a L&D Coordinator to join our growing team in EMEA!
The Learning & Development Coordinator will have a number for responsibilities, from managing the internal Learning Management System (LMS) and Knowledge Management System (KMS), creating learning content, maintaining training records and reports, administrative tasks and promoting the company culture to the teams.
Tasks and responsibilities
Manage and update all training documentation and KMS/LMS systems..
Organise and co-ordinate all training activities such as room bookings, catering, printing, stationery etc.
Prepare and collate training materials / certificates.
Support the creation, delivery and design of L&D projects as required.
Support in the delivery of all training programmes including but not limited to; web-based seminars, printed manuals, group sessions, training videos, and more.
Creating training programmes that are aligned with the organisation’s objectives and having a strong understanding of what these are acting as the go to within the business for anyone with questions or queries regarding training and development plans.
Working closely with various leaders across the organisation and having a full understanding of their units and training requirements.
Ad hoc tasks
Support Global L&D and People Team
Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a Training/L&D field.
Strong working knowledge of GSuite
Good experience of basic video/audio software.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
A keen interest in knowledge, learning and development.
Strong written and communication skills
