Reason for the role

Given our ambitious growth plans, we are looking for a marketing operations thinker and builder - helping us strengthen our marketing tech stack and processes. The role is part of our global Growth Marketing team focused on scaling our marketing tactics and improving our efficiency.

 As the ideal candidate you’re excited about structuring chaos and finding solutions, and helping the team work better gives you joy. You have managed a marketing automation platform in the past and understand what’s required to run marketing campaigns and successful data hygiene projects. You’re a self-starter who is comfortable taking initiative, and you enjoy collaborating with colleagues from various teams to align on new changes.

The role requires both a passion for technology and its capacity to make a difference in the life of our customers and a love of food. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent communication and project management skills.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Own our HubSpot marketing data, lead scoring, marketing workflows, forms and templates, and support the Marketing team creating landing pages for campaigns
  • Ensure our campaigns are tracked and help the team optimize our reports
  • Work with our global Content team and regional marketers to manage our lead scoring and nurture campaigns
  • Standardize our campaign efforts by creating HubSpot templates and by training the team on best practices
  • Maintain our marketing database quality and data imports
  • Help build and analyze shared reports in the Marketing team, and collaborate with the data team to improve our shared marketing & sales reports
  • Collaborate closely with our ops colleagues from sales, finance and product teams to make changes and improve our HubSpot processes
  • Implement new tools to improve our campaign performance, and support the Marketing team and the People team with tool integrations
  • Support updating our global website content and help the team analyze website performance to drive improvements
  • Manage martech onboarding for new hires in the Marketing team to ensure a smooth transition to our way of working and to using our tools and shared reports

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years in marketing operations, digital marketing and/or B2B marketing campaigns
  • 2+ years of experience administering HubSpot or a similar marketing automation tool
  • Experience setting up, tracking, testing and optimising marketing campaigns
  • Experience managing projects and collaborating with different teams
  • Strong understanding of marketing KPIs, metrics, analytics and reporting methods
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional languages are a plus.
  • University degree in Marketing/Economics/Business or other relevant studies
  • Passion for e-commerce / retail / food
  • Available to travel 15% of the time (when possible)
