Reason for the role

We are looking for a driven, passionate, and eager person that is capable of managing a considerable workload, who is comfortable working under pressure, and is able to come up with creative solutions for daily issues raised by the business. 

Our first associate counsel will have the chance to be part of an amazing (really fast-growing company), with a fantastic culture, will be exposed to a variety of legal issues that will boost his/her growth, and will have a dotted line direct report.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing commercial agreements such API terms, terms of service, terms and conditions, master service agreements, and referral or reseller agreements;

  • Provide support on Privacy related issues and projects, draft, review, and negotiate data processing agreements with customers and partners;

  • Review marketing communications;

  • Provide training to internal clients on issues like marketing do’s and don'ts, antitrust, contract negotiation, and privacy;

  • Help design, create, and implement the legal process of Deliverect’s legal team;

  • Support corporate processes related to entities of the Deliverect group; 

Job Requirements

  • 4 or 5 years of professional experience in privacy and/or commercial law. 

  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Gsuite). 

  • High English proficiency - a second language is a plus!
