Reason for the role

We're building an energetic and dynamic Outbound sales team.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Building a long-lasting relationship with new and active restaurants
  • Getting to know the product, CRM, sales pipeline and understanding the qualification & sales process
  • Taking full responsibility of the first stages of the sales cycle: cold calling, emails and networking
  • Understanding the restaurants’ needs and translating them into commercial solutions
  • Working with your Manager to develop new strategies to grow sales pipeline
  • Trying new things - if something isn’t working, feel empowered to try a different tactic, reach out to Partnerships/Marketing to reach different types of customers
  • Developing strategies to maximize your success and collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing and Partnerships

Job Requirements

  • You have sales experience in a B2B environment
  • You are more than passionate about sales
  • You are an excellent listener and problem solver
  • You are a team-player
  • You are able to multitask and organize your calendar
  • You are fluent in English
  • Restaurant experience or SaaS experience
  • High volume outbound call experience
  • Sales background in the food industry
