Reason for the role
Given our ambitious global growth plans, we are hiring a bi-lingual Content Writer who will support both English and Spanish markets in building an effective buyer-centric content engine.
The role requires a passion for foodtech and its capacity to make a difference in the life of our customers. In addition, the role requires a very strong attention to detail and someone who is very customer-focused.
As part of the Content & Campaigns team, this role will work closely with our global awareness team and regional marketing teams across the EMEA and the Americas.
Tasks and responsibilities
Developing, writing and planning content for English and Spanish speaking countries, including localization.
Draft and edit both short and long form content
Align with Regional Marketing teams to produce valuable content for prospects and customers
Proofreading, copy-editing and optimizing articles, social posts, emails, and other types of content to ensure quality and brand consistency
Partnering with the Growth marketing team to measure and report on the performance of global and local customer marketing campaigns
Identifying best practices and helping to optimize results across all markets
3+ of content writing experience for food & bev or foodtech audiences
Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish
Deep understanding of customer roles, personas and buyer segmentation
Natural storyteller with ability to bring people together to understand needs, identify opportunities and learn faster through feedback
