Reason for the role
Deliverect loves events and we need skilled and energetic Event Managers to make them a success. The role will work in close collaboration with the Global Marketing team, senior executives, regional teams, and local partners and customers.
This role requires both attention to detail and strong creativity. It is a hands-on, execution-oriented role that requires excellent communication and project management skills.
Tasks and responsibilities
Manage logistics and promotions for Deliverect and third-party events
Own creating and executing a memorable look and feel for events that convey a strong brand
Create event best practices, templates, and assets for regional marketeers and other teams.
Working with partners and influencers on co-marketing events to drive lead generation.
Host community building events with our customers.
Identify venues, trade shows, etc to incorporate into our event plans.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure we can achieve results.
Min. 4 years in B2B Event Management in hospitality and/or tech
A demonstrable track record managing multiple events at a time
Experience managing events in USA (Americas role)
2+ years of experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools
Fluent in English (and Spanish for Americas). Additional languages are highly valued.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Passion for e-commerce / retail / food
Available to travel up to 40% of the time
Teamplayer, able to work with a global marketing team and execute on a local level and collaborate on marketing actions.
