Reason for the role
Tasks and responsibilities
Work together with our accounting manager on all aspects of our accounting: AP/AR/Bank reconciliation/GL accounting.
Prepare weekly payment runs, review processed transactions, maintain accounting ledgers and reconciling.
Close follow-up on accounts receivable and accounts receivable reporting in cooperation with our credit controller.
Focus mainly on the day-to-day operational accounting for the NOAM entities and assisting in month/quarter end closing.
Process & follow up of sales orders.
Be responsible for correct and timely billing towards customers.
Answer different stakeholders (customers, sales reps, HQ etc.) questions surrounding billing & payments.
Pick up various ad-hoc/project-matic tasks.
Young tech savvy finance professional with a keen eye on processes & tools and a “can do” approach.
Bachelor in Accounting or similar due to experience & first experience as a finance administrator or accountant.
Previous experience in an accounting or finance role.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
Solid understanding of bookkeeping competencies.
Time management skills.
Willing to take on challenges in a fast-moving environment.
Flexible but still punctual.
Eye for efficiency improvements.
Good communication skills.
Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
Willing to roll up your sleeves and help out wherever needed.
Have a proactive attitude.
