Reason for the role
Given our ambitious and aggressive growth plans in Germany, we are looking to hire a General Manager who will be responsible for the company's targets within that Region. You will be a key member of the French management team, building a team within Mexico and will work in close collaboration with the wider team .The role of General Manager will require a passion for technology and its capacity to make a difference in the life of our customers. The role will also require very strong attention to detail and someone who is very data driven.
Tasks and responsibilities
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and with this secure subscription renewals Effectively steer product roadmap to ensure maximum customer delight and commercial returns
Building a highly motivated, high performing team, focused on delivering commercial success in a manner compatible with company values
Building effective collaboration and secure support from supporting industry advisory groups and the business Build excellent relationships with service providers to ensure service continuity, SLAs and access to new features and functionality
Ensuring that management information is up to date
A track record of developing and scaling a SaaS business Sales leadership and oversight of operations and service delivery functions
Extensive experience of managing and leading peopleProven ability to work effectively across diverse teams in a Matrix environment (such as sales, marketing, consulting, technical and information systems)
Experience in helping to drive and implement business change to improve business' efficiency and effectiveness to better serve the needs of customers
Fluent in English, French
University degree in Business/Marketing/Mathematics or other relevant studies
Excellent communication skills - you are a true relationship builder
Passion for software technology in e-commerce / retail / restaurant
You take initiatives, you’re a self-starter and you act with confidence and conviction
You are ambitious and driven to accomplish your goals
You are a team player
You have a strong attention to detail
Previous experience of SaaS solutions in the retail sector;A professional marketing or product management qualification (or relevant equivalent) at degree level
