Reason for the role

At Deliverect, one of our missions is to conquer the world and to become one of the most adopted software solutions in the restaurant industry. In order to make this happen, we are recruiting the best sales team in Iberian market.

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Team Leader ready to keep on building, training, and coaching the regional sales team in Spain and help them succeed and achieve the sales objectives. The Sales Team Leader will be in charge of overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitating the ongoing training of our salespeople.


Tasks and responsibilities

  • Meeting planned sales goals

  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team

  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary

  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team

  • An ongoing training of your salespeople

  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.


Job Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years experience of sales and 3 years leading a team

  • A strong knowledge of the Foodtech, Restaurants market or Delivery industry will be an asset.

  • A true coach and mentor mentality

  • You are convincing with professional communication and negotiation skills.

  • You work in a structured, organized and goal-oriented way.

  • Your entrepreneurial and analytical thinking, as well as your experience, will provide you with the foundation for a successful career at Deliverect.

  • English language is a must. Portuguese is a nice plus.

  • And finally, you are a great team player and a nice person to work with!
