      Set up in 2016, the restaurant quickly gained a massive following of locals and tourists looking for high-quality classic Greek food in the British capital. “Delivery has been essential for us in the past few years,” Owner Pantelis Zirinis says. “During the last year (2019), our turnover tripled, and food production in the restaurant was becoming harder and harder. Keeping up with increasing orders was a challenge, especially because our existing kitchen didn’t allow for expansion.”

      “With our business flourishing, we felt the need to buy better, faster, and more efficient equipment, but there was simply not enough space to do so. That’s why we started a delivery kitchen,” explains Pantelis. “Preparing traditional Greek food is a time-consuming process, and it needs to be done where chefs love to work and are free from distractions. Setting up a cloud kitchen made so much sense because then we could expand our delivery reach in London.”
