Reason for the role
Given our ambitious global growth plans, we are looking for a Campaign Manager to ensure strong execution of our marketing campaigns across all audience segments. The role requires a passion for technology and its capacity to make a difference in the life of our customers. In addition, the role requires a very strong attention to detail and someone who is very customer-focused.
As part of the Global Marketing team, this role will work very closely with the regional marketing teams to ensure that they can successfully execute campaigns that drive results.
Tasks and responsibilities
Project management of campaigns to ensure on time execution and effective results.
Managing the end-to-end campaign process, from planning, execution to evaluation, including sales follow-up and lead to revenue measurement
Acting as a consultant to regional marketeers to help them develop the most effective campaigns
Working with Content team to build nurturing campaigns that drive prospects through the marketing and sales funnel
Creating landing pages, social posts, and email campaigns that engage various buyer segments
Working with Digital, Content, Design and Event colleagues to ensure the effectiveness of integrated campaigns
Proactively identifying and filling asset gaps in the buyer journey
Partnering with the Growth marketing team to measure and report on the performance of global and local marketing campaigns
Identifying best practices and helping to optimize results across all markets
Communicating to Sales and other stakeholders campaign plans and results
4+ of B2B marketing experience, having successfully developed and managed global campaigns
3+ years of experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
Strong project management skills and experience with project management tools like Asana
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional European languages are highly valued.
Deep understanding of customer roles, personas and buyer segmentation
Natural storyteller with ability to bring people together to understand needs, identify opportunities and learn faster through feedback
Experience using multi-channel approaches to identify, capture and nurture marketing qualified leads through the sales funnel from pre-pipeline all the way through to Closed-Won
