Reason for the role

The role of the Customer Success Manager is to be the voice of our customers. Through collaboration with key stakeholders and the Customer Success team at Deliverect, will play an important role in the evolution of Deliverect’s Product, Platform and Services.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Maintain Deliverect’s SMB and Mid-Market business in terms of recurring revenue and customer base.

  • Drive predictability of retention and growth through defining a customer journey for each segment and understanding of each customer's progress towards full value realisation.

  • Coordinate with internal resources to create actionable insight around the customer journey, usage, outcomes and overall account health

  • Serve as thought leader, advocate and partner to our customers. Coordinate between the customer and Deliverect internal teams.

  • Manage renewals and contract negotiations.

Job Requirements

  • Have been in a similar Customer Success role or within Account Management

  • Have experience managing high-value customers relationships in pre, post-sales or deployment to drive adoption

  • Working effectively with cross-functional teams in an organisation and supporting teams to grow and achieve results.

  • You have good problem-solving skills, a positive approach to challenges, and can to work independently in a remote team
