Reason for the role

As a fast-paced scale-up, Deliverect keeps on growing. We're looking for someone who will join our team and will help out with all things payroll and benefits, employee experience and other HR operations projects.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Perform data entry and monthly payroll preparation for the EMEA region

  • Work closely within the People team to deliver a smooth onboarding & off boarding experience

  • Maintain employee records and ensure they are kept accurate and up-to-date

  • Answer employee questions about People-related issues

  • Prepare and update HR documentation and policies

  • Participate in People projects related to payroll, compensation & benefits, employee engagement ect. 

  • Support the EMEA people operations team in delivering the best possible employee experience

  • Support in country People Partner with adhoc projects. 


Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience in an HR/Payroll function

  • Sound knowledge of Belgian social legislation

  • Fluency in English and Dutch. Any other European language is a plus

  • Ability to manage, prioritize and respond to a high volume of queries and requests

  • Strong team player with a high level of organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
