Reason for the role
Given our ambitious global growth plans, we are looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to support our Americas Commercial team, enabling effective usage of our martech. The role requires a passion for technology and its capacity to make a difference in the life of our customers.
Reporting to the EMEA-based Marketing Operations Manager, this role is part of the Global Marketing team and will work very closely with the regional marketing teams to ensure that they can successfully leverage HubSpot to drive results.
Tasks and responsibilities
Creating landing pages, forms, workflows, templates, and emails that support campaign execution.
Ensuring marketing and sales HubSpot processes are aligned.
Identifying and implementing improvements to workflows and data management to support our growth plans.
Managing HubSpot data and ensuring the overall health and proper use of our CRM
Helping to build structure and ensure effective use of martech stack across teams
Supporting Regional Marketing by identifying best practices and managing use of HubSpot.
Sharing templates, creating shared reports, documenting campaign processes, and facilitating a smooth and timely execution of campaigns.
Managing martech onboarding for new hires in the marketing team, to ensure new team members have a smooth transition to our way of working, and using our tools and shared reports.
Working with Digital, Content, Design and Event colleagues to ensure the effectiveness of integrated campaigns
3+ years of experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus.
Deep understanding of customer roles, personas and buyer segmentation
