Reason for the role

We are looking for a Systems and Integrations Specialist to join our team! Working across our Order to cash, CRM, ERP, and Billing systems, the individual will be responsible for analysing and implementing integrations between systems.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Have a hands-on approach in implementing solutions
  • Champion a data-led approach within the organisation and support the use of data in decision making in all roles (Sales, Marketing, CS Agents, …)
  • Configuring and managing SaaS systems such as Zendesk, Hubspot, Chargebee, Netsuite,... and systems to integrate them like Celigo/Workato/…
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications, including data streams, integrations, transformations, databases, and data warehouses
  • Develop relationships with your stakeholders and an understanding of their business areas, enabling your insights and recommendations to be relevant.
  • Presenting the pro’s and cons of different integration approaches like scheduling vs real-time, direct integration vs using intermediary systems, etc.
  • Autonomously reasoning about integration priorities and being involved in requirements analysis of process development to voice concerns related to the workings of existing integrations/systems.
  • Having a clear end-to-end vision, see how logical design will translate into one or more physical systems and how data will flow through the successive stages
  • Balancing the needs of users in analyzing requirements with an understanding of security and reliability concerns when developing integrations.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent written skills in English
  • 2+ years experience in a similar role
  • Must have experience with SQL basics, Python, Javascript or other programming languages
  • A passion for solving new problems and enjoy the challenge of learning new skills and furthering your understanding along the way.
  • Strong data, reasoning and analytical skills. Experience working in a data-driven organisation. Organized and a keen eye for data quality
  • You’ll be a self-starter who doesn’t need much guidance, who can think fast on their feet, and are ready to pivot when required
  • Good communication skills, be comfortable balancing a number of projects at once and be able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders in several teams
  • Start-up attitude – You’ll be comfortable in a rapidly changing environment, working with limited resources, and delivering high-quality work at the speed which is necessary for successful business growth.
  • Experience in a software as a service company is a plus
  • A demonstrated eagerness to help others grow
  • Strong cross-functional coordination and relationship-building skills
