With 20 locations (and counting!) stretching from the UK to The Netherlands, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia, Crêpeaffaire wants to spread the joy all around the world. Customers can turn to both physical and online stores - so they can get their sweet or savory fix wherever they are.
“Delivery is a significant portion of the business that continues to grow,” says Matt Steggles, Head of Marketing at Crêpeaffaire. “Offering delivery is a very important element of our business model, as we really want to reach everyone not able to make it to one of our shops, whether they’re in the office, at home or somewhere else. The delivery market and on-demand consumer trend is growing, and we really want to be a part of that. We’re planning to expand both in the UK and internationally, making Crêpeaffaire available in even more locations so we can serve as many as possible.”

Crêpeaffaire isn’t just about crêpes, the quick-service restaurant chain also gives a crêpe about the planet. When ordering out, customers get their food and drinks delivered in recyclable, biodegradable packaging, and plastic cutlery has been replaced by wooden alternatives. In-house diners are encouraged to bring their own reusable cup for hot drinks in exchange for a small discount and on top of that, free water refill is offered across several of the brand’s locations.
