Located in London, It’s All Greek To Me serves unspoiled Greek cuisine and souvlaki, offering its customers the opportunity to travel across the mainland and islands of Greece through its menu. Authentic, seasonal ingredients and typical Mediterranean flavors take center stage, telling a story about Greece’s ancient culinary traditions.
Set up in 2016, the restaurant quickly gained a huge following of locals and tourists alike looking for high-quality classic Greek food in the British capital. “Delivery has been very important for us in the past few years,” Owner Pantelis Zirinis says. “During the last year, our turnover tripled and food production in the restaurant was becoming harder and harder. Keeping up with the increasing number of orders was a challenge, especially because our existing kitchen didn’t allow for expansion.”

“With our business flourishing, we felt the need to buy better, faster and more efficient equipment, but there was simply not enough space to do so. That’s why we started a delivery kitchen,” explains Pantelis. “The preparation of traditional Greek food is a time-consuming process, and it needs to be done in a place where chefs love to work and are free from distractions. Setting up a cloud kitchen made so much sense, because then we could also expand our delivery reach in London.”
With delivery making up about 70% of turnover, It’s All Greek To Me looked to Deliverect to help automate online order management. “Our main issue before we started working with Deliverect was our restaurant’s inventory,” says Pantelis. “Data from the different delivery players wasn’t being fed to our POS, so knowing exactly what was sold was nearly impossible.
