Reason for the role
Deliverect is looking for an Account Manager with strong interpersonal and analytical skills, someone who is customer-oriented and understands the hospitality industry. As a member of the Enterprise team, you will have the opportunity to shape the success of the business by building relationships with our Enterprise customers.

Tasks and responsibilities
Solve complex operational problems by breaking them down into relevant steps to develop and optimise processes.
Demonstrate strong executional and implementation skills to ensure new customers and their partners make the most of our product, thereby understanding the value and the unique proposition we provide for.
Continually building relationships with your customers
Be the voice of our customers internally: Interact with the all Deliverect teams to ensure we are building the best service for our customers.
Help us to further extend and deliver upon the account management playbook
Upsell future Deliverect products to our Customers
Be the voice of our customers internally: Interact with all the relevant stakeholders to ensure we are building the best product.
You will be familiar or easily taught
Brands and Virtuals Brands
Understanding and training customers on using the Deliverect product at all levels, thereby encouraging usage and obtaining feedback
You have at least 5 years of experience in Account Management or similar experience
You know the restaurants industry and restaurant processes well
You have super strong interpersonal skills
You will be customer focused
You like to take ownership, lead from the front.
You live for KPIs and targets, hence you are results focused and driven
You are comfortable with change and always want to learn new skills
You are hands-on, ie.. will live and breathe our product and be able to easily present how to use the products to your customers and partners.
Above all, you are a team player and will embrace the values Deliverect provides
English is the primary language of Deliverect, however extra marks for additional language skills above and beyond french!
Lastly will bring energy to the rocketship!
