Reason for the role

Given our ambitious growth plans, we are looking for a sales operations thinker and builder - helping us strengthen our sales tools and processes. The role will be part of the Business Operations team and work closely with our Data team and Sales teams across the globe

As the ideal candidate you enjoy helping colleagues and finding solutions, and you’re excited about driving impact through strategic decisions and operational improvements.

The role requires both a passion for technology and its capacity to make a difference in the life of our customers and a love of food. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent communication and project management skills. 

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Sales process optimisation and automation

  • Work with Sales head on projects & strategic initiatives to drive improvements

  • Help build and analyze reports for individual sales teams, and collaborate with our data team to improve our shared sales reports

  • Maintain our CRM database quality and Sales tool integrations

  • Sales workflows and other ad hoc tasks in Hubspot

  • Regular calls with our Hubspot contact and all Ops people to jointly drive improvements and individually to have access to support when problems arise

  • Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing Ops, Finance Ops & Data team

Job Requirements

  • 2-3+ years experience in Sales or Sales Operations (or similar role)

  • 2+ years of experience administering HubSpot or other CRM tool

  • Experience managing projects and collaborating across the organization 

  • Strong understanding of sales processes, optimizing sales tools, and improving data accuracy

  • Strong analytical skills and operational experience

  • Able to be flexible and agile in responding to evolving business priorities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional languages are a plus

  • University degree in Economics/Business/Marketing/Finance or other relevant studies

  • Passion for e-commerce / retail / food
