Reason for the role
Given our ambitious global growth plans, we are looking for an experienced Growth Hacker to drive strong website conversion. The role requires a passion for technology and experimentation.
Reporting to the Growth Marketing Lead, this role is part of the Global Marketing team and will work very closely with the Digital Marketing team to drive strong conversion
Tasks and responsibilities
Thinking, conceptualizing and executing growth hacks that improve conversion rates
Improving our website for conversion by testing messaging and effective campaigns
Reducing paid media costs by optimizing website and landing page performance
A/B testing website pages, landing pages, email campaigns, and social posts, to help us identify best practices
Contributing to the development of an effective inbound marketing strategy (e.g. social media, content marketing, search ads, webinars, communities) in collaboration with Digital and Content teams
Identifying new channels to engage our target audiences
3+ years of experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus.
Deep understanding of customer roles, personas and buyer segmentation
