Terms & Conditions - Deliverect Kiosk promo

This offer is organized and performed by Deliverect NV a company incorporated and existing under the laws of Belgium, with registered address at Foreestelaan 82, 9000 Gent (“Deliverect”). Offer expires on August  31, 2025 (“Term”). Offer applicable in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Finland, Italy, Luxemburg, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom (“Territory”).

Customers in the Territory, during the Term, may receive one Fox Kiosk hardware unit (any set-up fees, installment fees, delivery costs, Kiosk software and other hardware are explicitly excluded) free of charge (“Discount”). The Discount can only be granted insofar Customer signs on for a 12 month subscription for Deliverect Kiosk software for a minimum of 2 Fox Kiosk hardware units purchased directly from Deliverect (excluding Fox Kiosk purchased with payment facilities or financial leasing) and for a minimum of 1 location that has not previously purchased or subscribed to use a Deliverect Kiosk.

Deliverect reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions by providing notice to Customer. Deliverect reserves the right to not provide Discounts in the event of fraud or abuse of this offer (as determined by Deliverect). This offer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghent, Belgium.

All references to Deliverect shall include its affiliates.
