This offer is organized and performed by Deliverect NV, a company incorporated and existing under the laws of Belgium, with registered offices at Foreestelaan 82 9000 Ghent, Belgium (“Deliverect”). Offer applicable to New Customers of Deliverect. “New Customers” means a natural person or legal entity that has not previously purchased or subscribed to use any or all of the Deliverect products (including any whitelabel solutions powered by Deliverect). Offer expires on December 31, 2024 (“Term”). Offer applicable in Canada and the USA (“Territory”). Customers in the Territory, during the Term, may receive a 3 month discount on the Subscription Fee (this does not include set-up fees) of the Deliverect Order Processing Product (Core Features) when they sign on and prepay for a 12 month subscription for Deliverect Order Processing Product for minimum 1 location. Deliverect reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions by providing notice to Customer (collectively “Discounts”). Deliverect reserves the right to not provide Discounts in the event of fraud or abuse of this offer (as determined by Deliverect).

OFFER 2 - 6 months off Deliverect Direct

This offer is organized and performed by Deliverect NV, a company incorporated and existing under the laws of Belgium, with registered offices at Foreestelaan 82 9000 Ghent, Belgium (“Deliverect”). Offer applicable to New Customers of Deliverect. “New Customers” means a natural person or legal entity that has not previously purchased or subscribed to use any or all of the Deliverect products (including any whitelabel solutions powered by Deliverect). Offer expires on December 31, 2024 (“Term”). Offer applicable in Canada and the USA (“Territory”). Customers in the Territory, during the Term, may receive a 6 month discount on the Subscription Fee (this does not include set-up fees) of the Deliverect Direct Product when they sign on and prepay for a 12 month subscription for Deliverect Direct Product for minimum 1 location. Deliverect reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions by providing notice to Customer (collectively “Discounts”). Deliverect reserves the right to not provide Discounts in the event of fraud or abuse of this offer (as determined by Deliverect).

Offer applicable to New Customers of Deliverect. “New Customers” means a natural person or legal entity that has not previously purchased or subscribed to use any or all of the Deliverect products (including any whitelabel solutions powered by Deliverect). Offer expires on December 31, 2024 (“Term”). Offer applicable in Canada and the USA (“Territory”). Customers in the Territory, during the Term, may receive a 3 month discount on the Subscription Fee (this does not include set-up fees) of the Pulse by Deliverect when they sign on and prepay for a 12 month subscription for Pulse by Deliverect for minimum 1 location. Deliverect reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions by providing notice to Customer (collectively “Discounts”). Deliverect reserves the right to not provide Discounts in the event of fraud or abuse of this offer (as determined by Deliverect).
