Terms and Conditions - Promo July 2025

This offer is organized and performed by Deliverect NV  a company incorporated and existing under the laws of Belgium, with registered address at Foreestelaan 82, 9000 Ghent, Belgium (“Deliverect). Offer expires on July  31, 2025 (“Term”). 

Offer applicable in Canada, and the United States of America (“Territory”). Offer applicable to New Customers of Deliverect. “New Customers” means a natural person or legal entity that has not previously purchased or subscribed to use any or all of the Deliverect products (including any white-label solutions powered by Deliverect). 

Customers in the Territory, during the Term, when they sign on and prepay for a 12 month subscription for the relevant Deliverect Bundle for minimum 1 location, may qualify for a discounted subscription pricing for the first year of $129 per month for the 3P Marketplace Bundle (this includes Deliverect for Restaurants, Pulse, Deliverect Plus and Reclaim) and $179 per month for the Digital Ordering Bundle (this includes Deliverect for Restaurants, Deliverect Direct, Dispatch, Pulse, Deliverect Plus and Reclaim) (the “Discount”). All prices mentioned are in local currency.

Deliverect reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions by providing notice to Customer. Deliverect reserves the right to not provide Discounts in the event of fraud or abuse of this offer (as determined by Deliverect). This offer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghent, Belgium.
