T&Cs Bundle Q4 2025

This offer (“Promo”) is organized and performed by Deliverect NV  a company incorporated and existing under the laws of Belgium, with registered address at Foreestelaan 82, 9000 Gent (“Deliverect”). Promo expires on December  31, 2025 (“Term”). Offer applicable in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Finland, Germany, Italy, Luxemburg, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom (“Territory”) for business customers that are legally established within the European Economic Area (EEA) (“Customer(s)”). Customers in the Territory, insofar they sign a contract with Deliverect during the Term for minimum 3 locations, may receive a discount as stated below on their subscription fee for the first 12 months after signing a quote with Deliverect (“Discount”) for one or more of Kiosk software, Direct or Dispatch (“Promo Products”) :

The Discount varies insofar the Customer has not yet signed a contract with Deliverect or any of its affiliates for the use of any of its products or services (“New Customer”) or has signed a contract with Deliverect for the use of Deliverect for Restaurants (“DfRS”) “(Existing Customer”). Deliverect reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the Promo by providing notice to Customer. The Promo may not be combined with any other discounts or promotional offers unless expressly stated in writing by Deliverect. Deliverect reserves the right to refuse participation if, in its reasonable opinion, the Customer’s conduct involves misrepresentation or bad faith; or would expose Deliverect to a risk of liability for interference with third-party contractual relations. Nothing in this Promo shall be construed as an inducement to breach any legally binding contract between a Customer and any third party. This Promo shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghent, Belgium. All references to Deliverect shall include its affiliates.
