Whether you’re craving sweet, savoury, gluten-free or vegan crêpes, waffles or galettes: Crêpeaffaire has got your back. Established in London in 2004, this group of branded crêperies offers something for everyone, stuffing its fresh and home-made crêpes with an endless range of delicious fillings that will leave you wanting more.
With 20 locations (and counting!) stretching from the UK to The Netherlands, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia, Crêpeaffaire wants to spread the joy all around the world. Customers can turn to both physical and online stores - so they can get their sweet or savoury fix wherever they are.
“Delivery is a significant portion of the business that continues to grow,” says Matt Steggles, Head of Marketing at Crêpeaffaire. “Offering delivery is a very important element of our business model, as we really want to reach everyone not able to make it to one of our shops, whether they’re in the office, at home or somewhere else. The delivery market and on-demand consumer trend is growing, and we really want to be a part of that. We’re planning to expand both in the UK and internationally, making Crêpeaffaire available in even more locations so we can serve as many as possible.”
“Rolling out delivery in so many locations proved to be difficult at the start,” explains Matt. “We were working with multiple tablets and delivery providers. The manual process of having to key in all the orders increased labour and often led to mistakes. After signing up with Deliverect, we were able to streamline that process. Our delivery operations are now much more efficient - we’re accepting orders fast, getting them out and into the hands of our customers more accurately.”
What Deliverect’s key feature is in Crêpeaffaire’s eyes? “It’s all about the efficiency Deliverect adds to our business. We feel that this partnership improves both speed and accuracy. And it’s great that once everything’s up and running, you don’t really tend to need a lot of help or direction as the whole flow is fully automated and functional.”

Crêpeaffaire isn’t just about crêpes, the quick-service restaurant chain also gives a crêpe about the planet. When ordering out, customers get their food and drinks delivered in recyclable, biodegradable packaging, and plastic cutlery has been replaced by wooden alternatives. In-house diners are encouraged to bring their own reusable cup for hot drinks in exchange for a small discount and on top of that, free water refill is offered across several of the brand’s locations.
“We’re always trying to do more, do better, improve,” states Matt Steggles. “Striving for the ultimate best is at the heart of our business, whether it’s about delivery, food quality or sustainability - we just want the best for our customers.”
Since we started using Deliverect, our online orders are automated and we save a lot of time and increase efficiency.
