Six years after Burnout opened its first venue in Fuencarral 148 after dozens of tests and developments, its burgers are well-known all over Madrid: from the classics like the BUN BAN or the BURNOUT SMOKIN to the house specials, such as the SAVOY SPECIAL or the HOLY CAMOLY.
Trying out one of their many burgers or any other dish from their menu, such as salads and appetizers, is quite an experience: also available from their iconic venue at Valverde 6, or at home. Optimizing home delivery, made easy with Deliverect
More and more people are opting to order food from home in their day-to-day lives, and this, coupled with the fact that orders tend to come in during the same time slots, can catch establishments starting out in the world of delivery off guard. This was the case for Burnout: “When we started working with home delivery, it was not possible to manage the operations of the different platforms. We had a lot of orders coming in, the kitchen was swamped, the bar, which is where orders are received, was swamped. We couldn’t process all the information that came in, we didn’t have time to pass it to the kitchen, and we were forced to close the platforms. We have been like this for years,” Becerril admits.
