      Deliverect acquired ChatFood

      In March 2023, Deliverect's strategic acquisition of ChatFood, a frontrunner in social media ordering and loyalty programs, marked a pivotal moment in our journey. This move enriches our portfolio and revolutionizes the restaurant industry by offering a seamless, unified solution. Now, our customers can effortlessly manage everything from social and QR dine-in orders to direct channel ordering and online delivery, all within one platform.

      This acquisition has enabled us to offer an omnichannel digital platform. It simplifies the complexity inherent to in-restaurant and online delivery experiences, driving significant value and revenue opportunities for our customers.
