      Founded in 2010, Clasico Argentino is a group of Argentinian restaurants in Paris. From the start, Clasico Argentino’s mission has been to democratize and modernize Argentinian cuisine. The focus is on 2 signature dishes: empanadas, small stuffed puff pastry turnovers with a filling of meat, fish, cheese, or vegetables, and helados, 100% natural Argentinian ice cream.

      The restaurant group was founded by Enrique Zanoni, a businessman who is passionate about art, culture, and photography, and Gaston Stivelmaher, the chef, who has traveled everywhere, sharing travel memories through his delicious recipes.

      Together, these two Argentinians set out to let others discover their native country through homemade food.

      Dishes perfect for delivery

      Both Clasico Argentino’s empanadas and ice cream lend themselves perfectly to delivery and takeout. What’s very typical about these products is that people in Argentina tend to consume them mainly through delivery and takeaway.

      In today’s climate, online food delivery is essential for the survival of restaurants, which can sometimes turn out to be a real challenge for restaurateurs. But not for Clasico Argentino. Matteo Zanoni, Development Manager at Clasico Argentino: “Delivery has always been part of our DNA and our identity. We’ve always had our own delivery service, even before the delivery platforms started popping up.”
