world’sIn 2024, we proudly began collaborating with Little Caesars, the world's largest privately owned pizza company operating in over 20 countries. Deliverect provided a customized API solution and rapid implementation to enhance Little Caesars’ online ordering experience. We also tailored a unique solution for their Pizza Portal, improving the pick-up experience for customers and delivery drivers with secure locker codes for faster order access. This successful partnership is a testament to our commitment to driving efficiency and growth for our partners in the food service industry, and we are proud to have made a significant impact on their operations.
Our partnership with Grupo Galería in Mexico also expanded significantly. We now support their IHOP and Buffalo Wild Wings restaurants, helping them process, streamline, and optimize digital sales across 81 locations. This collaboration underscores our commitment to driving efficiency and growth for our partners in the food service industry.
Customer Advisory Board Event in Las Vegas
In mid-March, we brought together some of the brightest and most forward-thinking leaders in the industry from around the globe to shape the future of online ordering. Our inaugural Customer Advisory Board (CAB) event in Las Vegas was a dynamic two-day gathering. We tackled the most pressing challenges facing hospitality operators, brainstormed innovative solutions, and gathered invaluable learnings to drive success.
We gained first-hand insights into data empowerment, operational control, and smart automation at this event. These insights have directly influenced our product development and research, leading to the creation of new solutions that are helping our community move forward.

The Age of GenZ Report: Keeping our Industry Ahead
doesn’tThe U.S.In our goal of kipping our customers ahead, we surveyed 3,000 members of Gen Z from across the U.S. and U.K. to understand their preferences and attitudes around dining out, takeout, and food deliveries, including how Gen Z prioritizes these as part of broader spending habits. For Gen Z, grabbing a quick meal or ordering in doesn’t require a special occasion—it’s the norm. Interestingly, we found out that dining out and ordering in for Gen Z is not considered a ‘luxury’ despite coming of age in a challenging economic environment. Outside of rent/mortgage and other household bills, eating out is one of the top spending priorities for Gen Z.
