Burgers seem ubiquitous, but Pickl has put a “fresh” spin on them in a way that diners in Dubai love. This popular, made-to-order burger joint believes in using only the freshest ingredients in its wildly flavorful offerings. So much so that they source their ingredients from around the world, and you can taste the difference in every bite of their downright delicious food.

“We wanted to bring fresh, incredible high-quality ingredients to the burger industry,” shares Reece Baker, Head of Operations. “But we also make sure that we serve fresh, we cook to order, and that we’re fast. That’s why we call ourselves fresh, fast food.”

Founded in 2019, Pickl is a fresh fast-food joint that serves up cheeseburgers, sandos (their affectionate term for sandwiches), and sides. Its mantra is “simple, not basic,” which is evident in every aspect of their business model, from the way they treat ingredients to the food they offer to the one-of-a-kind experience they provide customers. Every recipe is designed and tested to ensure they’re constantly pushing the boundaries of taste and perfecting their skills.

Daring and Delicious

The team at Pickl goes to incredible lengths to ensure their food is fresh to death. Their menu includes rocket parm salad, double cheeseburgers, and Nashville Hot Chicken, each more Instagram-worthy than the last.


Aside from its menu, what sets the fresh food eatery apart is its homegrown and homemade attitude. Each morning, they make their signature crunchy, delicious namesake pickles, and each weekend, they mix up a batch of their spices and special sauce.

Among its menu is their bestseller, the chicken sando, a handheld beauty that boasts being unlike any chicken sandwich you’ve ever tasted. It’s well-rounded and ready to satisfy, piled high with a massive chicken breast, slaw, special sauce, and pickles, then nestled beneath a potato bun. 


What makes this menu item a fan favorite is the texture of the chicken, which features a natural spice woven into each crack and crevice of the breading. Pair that with the sourness of their in-house made pickles and the creaminess of the comeback sauce, and it’s love at first bite.

Putting Customers First with Deliverect

Although business has been steady on the rise, most of Pickl’s process involved manually inputting everything, including orders. The Dubai-based restaurant already had years of delivery service under their belts, still they realized they needed to add something else to further their rapid expansion. 

That’s when Baker learned about Deliverect from a colleague. After looking into the third-party omnichannel integration software, he discovered that it had everything they needed and more.
