“Delivery is a significant portion of the business that continues to grow,” says Matt Steggles, Head of Marketing at Crêpeaffaire. “Offering delivery is an essential element of our business model, as we want to reach everyone unable to make it to one of our shops, whether in the office, at home, or elsewhere. The delivery market and on-demand consumer trends are growing, and we want to be a part of that. We plan to expand both in the UK and internationally, making Crêpeaffaire available in even more locations to serve as many as possible.”

Sustainability is key

Crêpeaffaire isn’t just about crêpes; the quick-service restaurant chain also gives a crêpe about the planet. Customers order their food and drinks in recyclable, biodegradable packaging, and wooden alternatives have replaced plastic cutlery. In-house diners are encouraged to bring their reusable cup for hot beverages in exchange for a small discount, and on top of that, free water refill is offered across several of the brand’s locations.
