Deliverect, a key player in the delivery takeoff of Ta'Kool

Ta'kool was born from the dream of four partners at Christmas 2020. Mane Gaytán, partner and director of Ta'kool, tells us: "My brother, my partner, and I dreamed of having a business in Seville, and I told them, "we have to invest in Spain." The opportunity came up, and we took the plunge. With my grandmother's recipes we were able to make artisanal Mexican food in Spain". That's how the magic of Ta'kool was born: a colorful world with flavor, stars, and joy.

"I have been working in the hospitality industry for almost 30 years. That's how this Sevillian Mexican food restaurant was born, taking food to another level: one that encompasses much more than tacos. The key to making this restaurant a place for itself in the Andalusian capital is experience and well-defined objectives. Ta'kool's project is to be a profitable company, growing day by day, and to make a successful Mexican restaurant in Spain, Europe, and hopefully soon in the world. We want to offer our guests high-quality food that is authentically Mexican".


Next goal: to open more locations."We would like to have one more in Seville and then expand throughout the rest of Spain," confirms Gaytán.

Delivery, or how to grow your business

The director of Ta'Kool knew from the beginning that the growth of his business was based on delivery, so only two months after opening, he started offering his food at home.

It was a success: "We started working with home delivery two months after opening, we began to look for platforms, and little by little, the orders increased. The percentage of the business that is online sales is around 20% - 30%. It is growing, profitable, and makes any company better".

Shortly after, Mane decided to use Deliverect to improve the delivery service: «We have been working with Deliverect for about two months, and we are happy. We organize ourselves well, checking the rider, arrival time, and when it is delivered so that it has the right temperature. And everything looks nice and well presented, so they fall in love with our food".
