The FOX kiosks were integrated with the Zelty Point-of-Sale (POS) system, simplifying menu management for the Berliner Das Original teams. The Hey Pongo loyalty program was also integrated into the customer flow. The integrated payment system eliminated the need for external PDQ machines and printers, which are costly and difficult to maintain.
