Otomat is no stranger to those who love tasty pizza. Founded in 2015, the Belgian brand today has restaurants in Leuven, Ghent, Antwerp, Brussels and Bruges.
An Otomat pizza is not just your run-of-the-mill pizza. "Our pizza dough contains Duvel brewer's yeast, which makes it a unique product," says Bernard Sironval, co-founder of Otomat. "Our menu features some classics, but we mainly offer pizzas with a twist of our own, such as the Mexican inspired 'Ritmo de la Nacho,' or our 'Give Pears a Chance,' a pizza Bianca with pear and blue cheese.

"Pizza is one of the best-selling online food products," Bernard continues. "That is why we also offer Otomat delivery, pick-up, picnics, etc. Wherever or however you want your pizza, we try to give it to you!"

"We can now also assign someone in the back of house to manage all our different menus via Deliverect. At the moment, that may be the most important feature for us. We can create different menus for each of our 5 locations if we want. The great thing about that is that we can then also check how we are performing and benchmark and compare using our POS data. Having all of those KPIs available is important to me."
