A Pioneer of The Times

Poké & Co was founded in 2017 as the realization of owner Khaled Fadley and his wife, who dreamed of bringing bright flavors and worldly cuisine to the Dubai market. The idea for Poké & Co. came about after the husband and wife team tried their first poké bowls in London. They wanted others to experience love at first bite, so they brought that same taste back to the United Arab Emirates.

The duo developed a revolutionary new concept that combined their love for healthy food and visually appealing arrangements, and Poké & Co was born. Although dishes like shawarma and al machboos are more common in the UAE, Poké & Co and its soul-satisfying offerings proved to be an overnight sensation.

A Combination of Cultures That Touches Every Tastebud

The “hooked on healthy” restaurant aims to satisfy each taste bud. They achieve this tasty task by taking the traditional idea of a restaurant and turning it into a healthy eating spot with unique offerings. 

Their main dish is the aptly named time-honored Hawaiian dish called poke, which features fresh, raw, cubed fish mixed with other fresh ingredients. However, they appeal to every demographic by pairing poké with other popular healthy food concepts like cold-pressed juices and superfood smoothies (made fresh every morning, of course!). 

Besides their delectable dishes accessible for all, the healthy food eatery is known for only using the highest quality ingredients, such as sustainably caught fish. Other mouthwatering and photo-worthy items on their colorful menu include açai bowls, avocado toast, specialty coffee, and gym meals for fitness-focused people.

However, despite their success, Poké & Co struggled to manage multiple tablets and channels simultaneously and run their various brands.
